Arneyo Perez, M.D.

Physician/Cosmetic Injector

Dr. Perez is a board certified family physician and Master Injector.  He graduated from Medical School in 1994 from Universidad Libre de Colombia and practiced for three years in the E.R. and outpatient setting.  After moving to the states he completed his residency program with Oregon Health Sciences University in 2001. He practiced family medicine in Eugene, Oregon for 11 years prior to moving to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2012.  He and his wife, daughter and son came to the Sonoran desert seeking the sun he so missed from his early years in Colombia, South America.

With over 25 years experience, he continuously receives yearly awards and honors, including Phoenix Magazine Top Doctors, Vitals Top 10 Doctors in Scottsdale, AZ, Vitals Patient’s Choice Award, Vitals Compassionate Doctor Award, and Vitals On Time Physician Award.  He is ranked among the highest in Healthgrades.com and Yelp due to his friendly bedside manner and depth of knowledge.

Dr. Perez primarily focuses on disease management and health maintenance while also taking a special interest in sports medicine, weight management, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures including body contouring, women’s health laser rejuvenation, and cosmetic Injectables.

In his free time he enjoys quality time with his family along with mountain biking, weightlifting, and photography.

Raquel Perez, CLT

Clinic Manager/Laser Technician

Raquel is a Certified Laser Technician and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Oregon.  She has worked in the medical field and practice management for over 20 years.   In Oregon, Raquel was a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist; testing hearing and fitting hearing aid devices.  After moving to Arizona Raquel took an interest in medical aesthetics becoming laser certified and knowledgeable in WarmSculpting, Pelleve Skin Tightening, Laser Hair Reduction, Laser Skin Renewal, and IPL face and body treatments.

During her free time she enjoys activities with her family including weight training with Dr. Perez.  She loves working with her husband and providing a boutique medical and aesthetic practice that offers excellent care and services.

Jennifer Solano, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Jennifer is a certified Physician Assistant, with the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). In 2013, she graduated with her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University, in Glendale, AZ. She completed her undergraduate studies, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, and a minor of Biomedical Sciences, at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO in 2009.

She has worked in the fields of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and Family Medicine. She provides primary care for patients of all ages. She enjoys conducting wellness checks, managing acute illness and supporting chronic disease management, along with making sure her patients have full understanding of their medical diagnosis and treatment plan. She is ACLS and BLS certified. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistance (AAPA).

When she’s not helping her patients, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and three children.

Rita Rayis, LE, CLT

Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

Rita is our Lead Medical Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She has over 14 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Rita attended the University of Arizona and obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology. Her passion for the aesthetics industry drove her to pursue a career as an aesthetician. Since 2006, Rita has not only worked as an aesthetician in medical spas and most recently dermatology offices, but also as an educator and trainer for an international skin care line.

Rita is knowledgeable and certified in several modalities such as: cosmetic lasers, chemical peels, microneedling and skin resurfacing. Rita is committed to offering individualized skin correction and rejuvenation treatment plans. She is comprehensive in her approach, addressing the total health and well-being of the skin. She customizes her in-office treatments to address multiple skin concerns and educates patients on how to effectively take care for their skin at home. Her goal is to provide immediate and long-term corrective solutions for overall skin health.

Aron is our Lead Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician and has been with us since 2015.  Aron takes much pride in her relationships with patients and values patient care.  When not working, Aron is with her three energetic and full of personality daughters trying to keep them as busy as possible!

Alyssa Escareno, MA

Medical Assistant

Alyssa is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician.  Alyssa has been a part of our team since 2019.  She loves experiencing adventures outdoors and spending time with her family.  She’s passionate about giving the best healthcare experience for our patients and the opportunity it has given her to improve the lives of others.
